Every member of the Czech Society of Ophthalmology has now access to the membership database (on the Czech Medical Asociation website) and can check and change his/her personal data and other related parameters. This is specifically the possibility to:

• update your contact details, except for your email address, which must be unique and can only be changed by reporting it to: cle@cls.cz
• to extend your membership in societies, associations or sections
• check your membership payments
• download proof of payment

You can log in to the member profile via the website of the CzMA JEP: www.cls.cz - then click on the BECOME A MEMBER/LOGIN button located in the top bar and log in as a member.

It is possible for all members who have an email address in the database, have paid the first membership fee and thus activated their profile to log in.

For the first login to the member's profile it is necessary to click on the password request (it is also possible by clicking on the screen): databaze.cls.cz/zapomenute-heslo-clena and enter your email (registered in the membership database of the CzMA JEP) and the member's registration number (= variable symbol), a link for changing the password will be delivered to the email, then it is possible to log in with the new password at databaze.cls.cz/prihlaseni-clena

Notice
a separate account No. 190837708/0300 is valid for sending membership fees. In order to pair the payment received with a specific member of the CzMA JEP, it is always necessary to indicate the variable symbol (= member's registration number).
